TORRAS PAPEL - New líne fully operational
Succesful commissioning in Torras Papel of the new Polytype multifunction converting line with a drive system and control developped by AUGI.
AUGI i POLITYPE have placed succesfully into production the second multifunction converting line for paper for the Grupo Torras Papel. The line has started to produce the first reels a full speed this week.
The drive system under the customer's specifications has been developped completely with Siemens hardware. Motors Siemens UPH7 & 8, PLC S7-400, drives Sinamics S-120 and 8 10" colour touch pannels TP-270 spread througout the various line work stations.
For the SCADA software to monitor, control and data acquisition purposes the Wonderware Intouch has been chosen.
The 8 months project has been completed succesfully within the forecasted schedule.
