ROSAL - AVIGRUPO - Into production
The new 90 - 100 Tn/h feedmill goes into production.
The new 90 - 100 Tn/h San Andrés feed mill, the fifth and most important plant in the AVIGRUPO conglomerate, has started operations this week without incidences commanded with the integrated process control software platform CIPP.
In this first phase have been placed into production the key plant sections including: a truck scale, the tap holes for cereals reception, the stock silos, the two milling lines, the dosing and scales systems for liquids and solids, the mixer, and the cells for bulk finished product.
The CIPP software platform manages automatically the entire production process and is linked with the customer ERP, in this case the SAP platform, to share online all relevant administration and production data.
In a second commissioning phase scheduled for April, the CIPP will incorporate the latest plant enlargements and process additions requested by the customer once the initial project was already in an advanced stage. These include a second truck scales, a train tap hole, the new horizontal cereal storage building, and two elevators and its necessary conveyors to connect to the current structures.
