PROAN - Plant enlargement

PROAN, the indisputable leader in the Mexican egg production market, is increasing the poultry feed production capacity for self-consumption. The plant that currently has an installed production capacity of 210 Tn/h split in two production lines (one for poultry and one for porcine), will increase its capacity in 300 Tn/h additional, only to become one of the world's largest feed mills, with an installed production capacity over 500 Tn/h.

The plant's enlargement, dedicated exclusively to the poultry feed manufacturing, will account with 4 new milling lines equipped with the latest generation roller mills, to ensure a constant flow of cereal flours to the dosing cells. The production will be obtained through two complete dosing lines equipped with 3 scales (for macro, micro and additives / correctors), and 15.000 Kg mixer capable to deliver a batch every 6 min. The production will be temporarily stored in the 72 cells for bulk truck loading cells.

Once more, PROAN relies in AUGI and the CIPP platform to deliver an integral automated production process, interconnecting production, logistics and administration in real time to optimize the new plant performance. For this project AUGI will supply the engineering expertise, e-drawings, power and control cabinets, programming and commissioning. The installation works on site will be performed by the customer under AUGI's directives and supervision.
