Paper & Film Coating Machine
We would like to introduce one of our latest Paper & Film Coating Machine, designed for high-precision lamination processes. The system applies solvent-based adhesives (ATEX compliant) to bond multiple layers of flexible substrates in a continuous roll-to-roll configuration, incorporating an automatic reel change unit for uninterrupted production.
The drive and automation architecture is based on Siemens hardware:
- Sinamics S120 multi-axis drives for motion control
- Siemens SmartLine regenerative power supply for energy efficiency
- Sinamics G120C and G120 frequency converters for auxiliary drives
Centralized control is provided by a Siemens S7-1500F PLC with integrated safety functions and distributed peripherals for field-level connectivity.
Six Siemens operator panels located across the line for local process control and a main operator desk equipped with TIA Portal WinCC Professional SCADA and Siemens touch panels for real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and production management.
This configuration ensures stable adhesive application, precise web handling, high uptime through automatic splicing, and full compliance with ATEX safety standards.
