Drive system and control for a totally automatic hot stamping line.
NEOTECMAN commisions AUGI the development of the new drive system with Rockwell Automation hardware, to be assembled in the noth american version of the R-32.3 NTM, the well known totally automated high performance hot stamping line manufactured by the brand from Girona.
These lines are renound for being very compact, fast, totally automatic, and equipped with vanguard technology that enables to concentrate in one single machine the hot bar cutting, the stamping and the burr cleaning. This provides a considerable added value to its owners thanks to the savings in energy consumption, space and workforce.
The new drive system with Rockwell hardware is compound of 10 servomotors Kinetix 6000, that additionally have managed to increase by almost 20% the line's already high performance output, obtaining a final nominal output of 6000 pieces / hour.
