Laminating machine drive system retrofit.
Once again ISOVOLTA relys in AUGI to upgrade the drive system in one of their existing machines. In this ocasion has been a laminating machine in production that the Austrian group has in their Barberá del Vallès (Barcelona) site.
From the original drive system only the AC motors have been preserved once these have been verified.
The new drives system has been designed with independent motors digitally synchronized. All hardware used is from Rockwell Automation. The improvements include a new PLC Allen Bradley Compact Logix series, Power Flex 700 series frequency converters and Panel Views touch screens for human machine interfase.
