Electric Retrofit of a Jagenberg Vari Flex S Slitter rewinder
The Hinojosa Group is confident of Augi the complete drive system update of a slitter rewinder Jagenberg Vari Flex S for its Sarrià de Ter factory.
The machine works with gramage papers between 60 and 150 gr/m2 at a maximum speed of 2200 mts/min. in a maximum width of 4000 mm. and a maximum unwinder diameter of 2300 mm. converting mother rolls onto narrower rolls of 1600 mm. diameter.
The old machine control PLC with the interbus communications modules and the PC with Jagmatic propietary software have been replaced by new ones, the interbus communication modules have been replaced by ET200S Siemens modules, the main PLC has been installed a single CPU S7 414H for the total control of machine, this CPU is responsible for all pressure calculations, positioned arms and pressure curves.
The old current PC with the Jagmatic software has been replaced by a new PC with WinCC for supervision, visualitzation and registration of all parameters of the machine.
