CONVEQ - Slitter Rewinder Center Slit 2050
New CONVEQ Center Slit 2050 rewinding machine for the Italian market.
Important italian group dedicated to manufacture and convert complex and autoadhesive papers relies in AUGI and CONVEQ once again and acquires its seventh slitter rewinder machine for the group plant located in Italy. In this case it is a CONVEQ Center Slit 2050 with central drum.
The machine is designed specially to convert the materials produced by this customer, admitting mother reels up of 2.050 mm width and 1.500 mm diameter, which are loaded from the floor with and hydraulic system, and held with a shaft less pick up unwinder
The 21 automatic positioning knives and counterknives together with the central drum for contact rewinding allow the production of reels up to only 100 mm width and up to 1.200 diameter at a speed of 600 m/min with 76 and 152 mm shafts.
Aditionally, the machine uis equipped with an automatic and secuential unloading cart for finished reels, and a vacumm splice table with two independent sections.
The drive system designed by AUGI is developped, under customer specifications, with Siemens hardware and motors: PLC S7-300 series, Sinamics S-120 drives, and a 15" color touch panel HMI from where the entire mavchine is operated.
