CONVEQ Roll-Slit 2050 for Italy

Italian customer aquires its eigth slitter rewinder CONVEQ Roll-Slit 2050.
AUGI constructs the drive system for the eight slitter rewinder CONVEQ Roll-Slit 2050 sent to the same customer based in Italy.
The machine is specially designed for selfadhesive and complex papers. It has a useful wisth of 2050 mm, and is equipped with shaftless pick up unwinders for reels up to 1500 mm diameter, and automated knives and counterknives positioning.
The rewinder has friction shafts for reels up to 1 meter diameter. The working speed is 600 m/min.
Under customer specifications AUGI designed the drive and control system with Siemens hardware. Motors UPH7, PLC S7-300, drives Sinamics S-120 and two touch screens to fully operate the machine.
