AUGI is excited to announce a new chapter in its journey, by becoming part of the leading Belgian industrial automation group Agidens.
This strategic move marks a significant milestone in AUGI’ and Agidens’ growth strategy, increasing its industrial automation offering.
Agidens has been a key player in industrial process automation in the Benelux for over 75 years, focusing on: Food & Beverage, Fine Chemicals, Life Sciences and Energies. Next to their automation activities, Agidens is also active in the Validation & Testing market for Life Sciences costumers.
AUGI’s expertise in various industries and applications including complex control systems, motion control and panel building for both discrete and process automation applications is a crucial addition to Agidens’ existing portfolio in process automation.
