Electrical instalation works have commenced.
Agroindustrias Quesada, commercially known by Nutrypollo, is an integrated company dedicated to breed and distribute live chickens as well as processed animals ready for human consumption. Due to the company's growth in the last years, and in order to fulfill the necessary feed production needs for self consumption, the group's second feed mill has just been constructed.
The new 60 - 70 Tn / h feed mill designed and constructed by ROSAL is equipped with two cereal mills, one with a roller mill and the other with a hammers mill; one complete dosing line with 3 scales (macro, micro and additive ingredients); a 8.000 Kg mixer and two pelleting lines.
For the automation ROSAL relies again in AUGI and the CIPP platform to deliver a totally integrated process control system.
This month once the civil works and the mechanical assembly are finishing, AUGI has begun the electrical installation works in field and for the control and power cabinets. If everything goes as per scheduled the feed mill is foreseen to go into production next February.
